WINTER CAMP DETAILS
Our beautiful location at the MUSE Global School in Calabasas offers our campers trails to hike, fields to play in, an indoor lodge in case of inclement weather, a kitchen for kids' cooking activities, and wonderful outdoor spaces to explore and make art in.

9 am to 3pm
DATES:
4 Day Sessions, Tuesday through Thursday
Session 1: Dec. 26-29
Session 2: January 2-5

COST:
4 Day Full Session: $500 each session for all campers and middle school Junior Guides.
$15 registration fee per session; $20 sibling discount per session.
3 day option: $410 + $15 registration fee
2 day option: $275 + $15 registration fee
$20 sibling discount applied
Extended Care Option: We offer optional extended care from 3:00-4:00pm for families that need it. $20 per day/ $80.00 for all 4 days. You can sign up for individual days on our registration site.
CAMPER AGES:
- 5 through 14-- Campers must be a minimum of age 5 to participate
- Middle School students participate in our Junior Guide Leadership Program (See details below)
- Our High School volunteer Guides-in-Training (GIT) develop skills working with campers under the supervision of our team and receive community service credit. (There is no fee to participate but GITs and parents must complete the forms below. )

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR WINTER CAMP
CANCELLATION POLICY--PLEASE READ
As space is limited and we hire staff based on the number of registered campers, refunds will only be issued as of December 1st, minus the $15 registration fee. If a full session of camp is unexpectedly missed due to illness, we will credit for a week of summer camp. We do not prorate or provide refunds for missed individual days of camp. If we cancel camp because of inclement weather, full refunds (minus the registration fee) will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
- We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard + ACH e-check (which is preferred)
- Monthly payment plans are available: Pay 25% at checkout; the balance is divided into monthly auto payments until camp begins. If you register in October, you will pay 25% at checkout; additional auto payments will be on November 10th with December 22nd being the final auto-payment for both sessions.

- If new to camp you will need to create an account in our Ultracamp registration system
- Returning families use prior password or reset if needed.
- If you are a returning family, most forms will be populated, you will need to resign waivers.
- Emergency contact and authorized pick up names and phone number(s)
- Name and phone of child's doctor and insurance info
- Full name of any friends you want your child to be grouped with.
- Tetanus booster date (if camper has had one--not required)
