- Returning families: please use your account email and password from last year; follow the prompts if you need to reset your password.
- New families: Click the New User button to get started. Follow the prompts to set your password. Once you are in the system you will be able to add your campers, complete all the forms and waivers and select your sessions and options at the location(s) you want for your camper(s).

- Emergency contact and authorized pick up names and phone number(s) (you can add to this list later).
- Name and phone of child's doctor and insurance info
- Full name of any friends you want your child to be grouped with (campers are divided into 2-3 multi-age groups)
- Tetanus booster date--if applicable
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard + ACH e-check (which is preferred). We don't take Amex.
- Monthly payment plans are available: Pay 25% at checkout; the balance is divided into equal monthly auto payments on the 10th each month until camp begins. Please note: Monthly payments are processed on the 4th of each month.

CAMPER AGES
- At Camp Wildcraft we have mixed aged groups and siblings are grouped together (unless you tell us otherwise.) Campers must be 4.5 years old at the start of camp--no exceptions. Our youngest campers, called Acorns, will participate in some separate, age appropriate activities.
- NOTE: Not every 4 year old is ready for our full day, mixed-age program. See details about age requirements here.
- All campers entering grades 6-8 are part of our Middle School Junior Guides leadership program. They are registered in the same system.
REFUND, SESSION CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Until May 16th, we will provide refunds for canceled weeks, minus the $35 registration fee. After May 15th we will not be issuing refunds.
- SWITCHING WEEKS: We are happy to change weeks of camp provided we receive an email request two weeks prior to the start of your registered session. Change requests will be made for weeks where space is available.
- CHANGE REQUESTS: All changes and cancellations must be made by emailing [email protected]
- MISSED DAYS OF CAMP: We cannot refund, reschedule, credit or prorate for individual missed days of camp. However if due to illness a camper misses a full week of camp, we will reschedule for another week where space allows.
