HOW TO REGISTER FOR Winter Camp 2024

- RETURNING FAMILIES: Click link above to access registration system. Use prior password or reset if needed. Most forms will be populated, you will need to resign some waivers. Please update emergency numbers and authorized pickup.
- NEW FAMILIES: Click link above to access registration system. Click the New User button to get started. Follow the prompts to set your password. Once you are in the system you will be able to add your campers, complete all the forms and waivers and select your sessions and options.
- Tetanus booster date (if camper has had one--not required)
- Full name of any friends you want your child to be grouped with.
- Name and phone of child's doctor and insurance info
- Emergency contact and authorized pick up names and phone number(s)

DISCOUNTS & PAYMENT OPTIONS
- SIBLING DISCOUNT: $15 per session
- PAYMENT PLAN OPTION: Choose at checkout. Pay 50% at registration and remainder on December 9th
- EXTENDED CARE OPTION:$20 PER DAY, sign up possible for individual days as needed.
- PAYMENTS: We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard + ACH e-check (which is preferred)
CANCELLATION + CHANGE POLICY 2024
- WINTER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: As space is limited and we hire staff based on the number of registered campers, refunds will only be issued as of December 1st, minus the registration fee. If a full session of camp is unexpectedly missed due to illness, we will credit for a week of summer camp. We do not prorate or provide refunds for missed individual days of camp. We appreciate your understanding.
